The Soloist Shiraz

Coriole The Soloist Shiraz is produced from a 1969 planting of vines grown along the contours of a hill in terra rossa soils.
Traditional winemaking methods prevail. Premium parcels of estate grown fruit are open fermented in tanks, with the cap of grape skins plunged by hand. After resting on skins, the wine is aged in 40% new oak barrels.
Deep red, Coriole The Soloist Shiraz is a medium to full bodied wine with a core of dark fruit flavours and cedary oak. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
